Auragens is based in Panama and operates outside the U.S. FDA approval framework, which governs treatments offered within the United States. Our laboratory follows manufacturing and tissue-handling practices modeled on U.S. CGMP and GTP standards, and we provide full documentation for every protocol. We believe in being transparent about this so you can make a fully informed decision together with your Auragens care team and your own physician.

Our treatments start at $14,500 for children 12 and under and $28,750 for adults and range upwards based on the treatment protocols designed by our Medical Staff. Treatment is not covered by insurance, and payment is arranged before service. Your Patient Experience Executive will walk you through the details.

Auragens is committed to ethical and transparent sourcing. Our cells are donated with informed consent by healthy mothers following scheduled cesarean births, and every donation is screened for safety and quality before use. We welcome any questions you have about how our cells are sourced.

Most protocols run five days (Monday–Friday). Your medical team confirms the exact duration based on your individual plan.

Auragens is based in Panama, where we operate a modern ISO laboratory and deliver care through an experienced international medical team. This allows us to provide advanced cellular therapies within a well-established medical and regulatory environment, with full documentation for every protocol.

Every patient is different, and both the timing and the degree of response vary from person to person. Because individual outcomes can’t be guaranteed, our team works closely with you to set realistic expectations and supports you throughout your recovery.

Patient safety is central to everything we do. Every protocol includes thorough donor and tissue screening, sterile processing in a controlled ISO laboratory environment, and viability testing before administration. As with any medical procedure, your care team reviews the relevant considerations with you and answers your questions before treatment begins.

Our cells are donated by healthy, consenting mothers following scheduled cesarean births, in partnership with hospitals in Panama. Both the mother and the umbilical cord are carefully screened for safety and quality before any cells are used.

Auragens protocols are cell- and tissue-based rather than conventional pharmaceutical drugs. Your care team is happy to explain how our therapies work and what to expect.

We’ll ask for completed medical-history forms, privacy and HIPAA documentation, and any requested imaging or bloodwork that helps our team evaluate your candidacy for treatment.

No long-term effects have been reported. Most patients tolerate treatment well. Some may notice mild, temporary reactions such as a brief feeling of warmth or chills. Your care team will discuss what to expect based on your specific protocol.
