Auragens protocols may include human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, enhanced platelet-rich plasma, and specialized exosome-based biologics when appropriate for the patient.

Stem cell therapy is a regenerative medicine approach that uses cells or cellular signaling products to support the body’s repair and regulatory processes. At Auragens, treatment protocols may include hUC-MSCs and other biologics selected by the medical team based on the patient’s needs.
Auragens asks prospective patients to complete medical history forms and HIPAA waivers, and to provide any requested images, blood testing, medical records, or other relevant information needed to evaluate candidacy for treatment. Because each treatment protocol is based on the patient’s health and needs, it is important to provide complete information in advance.
Treatment starts at $14,500 for children 12 and under and $28,750 for adults. Final pricing depends on the patient-specific protocol. Pricing may include hotel stay, airport transportation, transfers between the hotel and Auragens, and concierge support.
Auragens treatments are not covered by insurance. Payment is due before service because insurance companies have not yet established a billable CPT code for these treatments. Auragens also offers financing solutions if needed.

Auragens is located in Panama, so its treatments are not approved by the U.S. FDA. In the United States, the FDA regulates regenerative medicine products and warns patients that many marketed stem cell and exosome products are not approved for broad medical uses. Auragens, however is accredited by the AABB which is an FDA status organization and a part of the U.S. Health Organization; The first MSC treatment center to receive that designation. Additionally, Auragens follows cGMP and GTP quality practices and uses structured screening, sourcing, and testing standards and is ISO certified for cell manufacturing.
