At Auragens, we chose a different path.
Long before we became the first regenerative medicine treatment center in the world to build its clinical platform around AABB-accredited cellular therapy operations, we made a commitment that every advancement would be driven by science, not marketing.
We are Auragens Regenerative Medicine and Research Institute. And it’s the research part of our name that has transformed us into the groundbreaking platform that we have.
And it was that commitment gave rise to the Auragens OrthoBio Division.

A team led by Medical Director Dr. Christian Diaz and Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Abdiel Ortiz, the OrthoBio Division was created with a purpose that extends far beyond treating injuries.
Its mission is to answer the questions that move regenerative medicine forward.
Which biologics perform best for specific conditions?
How can treatment protocols be refined?
What imaging findings predict success?
How do cellular therapies integrate into modern orthopedic practice?
Every patient encounter becomes an opportunity to learn, improve, and contribute to the growing body of evidence surrounding regenerative medicine.
Because true innovation doesn’t happen by repeating what everyone else is doing.
It happens by creating new knowledge.
From the Clinic to the Scientific Community
The work being done inside Auragens isn’t staying inside our walls.
Over the past year, our physicians have presented research at international conferences, collaborated with experts around the world, and contributed to scientific discussions that are helping shape the future of regenerative medicine – from North and South America to Europe and Asia we a part of the ongoing evolution of this field.
Multiple research projects have already been completed.
Additional manuscripts are currently being prepared for publication.
New clinical studies continue to expand across orthopedic medicine, sports performance, biologic optimization, rehabilitation, and regenerative applications.
This isn’t research performed for publicity.
It’s research performed because patients deserve treatments supported by continually improving evidence.

One of the defining milestones this year was achieving AABB accreditation, one of the world’s most respected quality standards for cellular therapies.
This accomplishment was the result of years of preparation and reflects our commitment to creating biologics that are safe, traceable, validated, and manufactured to the highest standards available. It represents something much larger than a certificate—it represents accountability.
Combined with our expanding scientific publications, long-term patient outcome tracking, physician education initiatives, and the launch of our dedicated OrthoBiologics Division, Auragens continues to invest in advancing the entire field—not simply our own organization.
AABB Accreditation
Achieving AABB accreditation required years of developing quality systems, laboratory oversight, documentation standards, validation protocols, and continuous performance monitoring.
Those disciplines don’t simply satisfy an accreditation process.
They create an environment where research can be trusted.
When every biologic is produced under rigorous quality standards, every protocol is documented, and every process is validated, physicians can study outcomes with confidence.
Research becomes meaningful because the underlying science is consistent.
